We offer free tracked shipping on all orders worldwide. Every order is processed within 1–3 business days and ships directly to your door.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 3–5 business days after shipping for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at ohimbuying@gmail.com.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
We ship from our fulfilment centres in China. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product price or shipping cost.
We are unable to predict the exact amount of customs fees. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are concerned about potential import charges.
Delayed or Lost Packages
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur. If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of the shipping date, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier or send a replacement at no additional cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance processes
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events
- Failed delivery attempts due to the recipient being unavailable
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at ohimbuying@gmail.com. We can update addresses before the order is shipped, but we cannot redirect packages once they are in transit.
We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g. wrong address, uncollected from depot), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
